CNC Operator

Responsibilities

• Follow and fulfill the production plan assigned by technicians
• Use and promote personal protective equipment (PPE)
• Maintain order, organization, and cleanliness at the workstation
• Control processes according to established work standards
• Respect and follow technical instructions to maintain cell KPIs
• Adhere to area norms, procedures, and scheduled operating times
• Optimize and care for provided resources
• Participate in reducing rework percentages and manufacturing costs
• Notify process failures and part discrepancies immediately
• Generate and implement innovation ideas
• Perform TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) as indicated

Requirements

• High school diploma (Preparatoria terminada)
• More than 2 years of experience as a machining center operator
• Experience operating turning centers and 4-axis machining centers
• Proficiency using Vernier calipers, micrometers, and dial indicators
• Basic knowledge of G and M codes
• Basic ability to interpret technical drawings

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Siemens controls
• Tool alignment in lathes
• Basic programming skills
• Knowledge of cutting tools
• Experience operating conventional HTA machines
