CNC Operator

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC assembly machines to produce high-quality precision parts and components
• Set up and adjust machine settings to ensure accurate and efficient production
• Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments to maintain quality standards
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machines to ensure optimal performance
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area
• Support 4th shift hours: Monday & Friday (10:00 PM – 6:00 AM) and Saturday & Sunday (10:00 PM – 10:00 AM)

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in CNC machining and assembly
• Proven ability to set up and operate CNC machines
• Ability to support 4th shift hours, including potential mandated overtime
• Must be a U.S. Person (citizen, permanent resident, or protected status) due to export control laws

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Manufacturing Technology or a related field
• Experience with precision machining and quality control
• Strong problem-solving skills and high attention to detail
