CNC Operator

Responsibilities

• Operate saws, basic grinding, lapping, cleaning, deburring, and other routine operations
• Set up and operate a variety of manual machines to perform simple to basic operations
• Read and interpret work order routings, prints, sketches, and tool sheets
• Follow all written and verbal procedures and company safety policies
• Recognize and understand machine functions as required
• Maintain proper router and time report entries
• Keep machines and work areas clean and orderly

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• 0 to 1 year of experience in the field or a related area
• Ability to read and interpret prints and sketches
• Knowledge of working with a variety of materials
