CNC Operator

Responsibilities

• Set up CNC machines for milling, drilling, grinding, or cutting based on blueprints
• Load and secure raw materials and unload finished parts
• Interpret technical drawings and blueprints for dimensional specifications
• Edit and run CNC software to produce desired outcomes
• Inspect parts using precision measuring tools to ensure quality standards
• Perform finishing operations including deburring, sanding, and grinding
• Conduct routine machine maintenance and troubleshoot minor issues
• Record production data and complete required documentation
• Adhere to all quality and safety guidelines

Requirements

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Experience operating CNC machines and familiarity with G-code
• Strong attention to detail and precision in measurement
• Understanding of manufacturing tools including routers, Waterjet, CO2, and Fiber Laser equipment
• High School diploma or GED

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience operating or programming Fiber Lasers, CO2 Lasers, or CNC Waterjet equipment
• Experience with 2D drafting and blueprint reading
