CNC Operator

Responsibilities

• Operate modern three-axis Gurutzpe CNC machines with Fanuc control
• Work with production documentation and follow quality procedures
• Monitor the technical condition of machines
• Perform initial quality control of manufactured components
• Execute the production plan according to schedule

Requirements

• Proven ability to operate CNC machines (primarily lathes and/or milling machines)
• Very good knowledge of technical drawings
• Proficiency with control systems such as Sinumerik, Fanuc, Mazatrol, or Heidenhain
• Ability to use measuring tools including calipers and micrometers
• Availability to work in a two-shift rotation
• Strong focus on high quality and teamwork skills

Preferred Qualifications

• UDT certifications (crane and/or hoist)
• Secondary technical or vocational education in mechanics or machining
