CNC Milling Team Lead

Responsibilities

• Technical leadership of a small milling team
• Ensuring smooth information flow between the team and supervisors
• Fine planning and coordination of daily operations and resources
• Programming and setting up 3-axis CNC milling machines using Mastercam
• Monitoring manufacturing processes
• Ensuring quality standards and compliance with safety regulations
• Maintenance and care of the machines

Requirements

• Completed technical training as a Polymechaniker EFZ or similar
• Several years of professional experience in CNC milling (tool/mold making)
• Proficient in reading technical drawings
• Sound knowledge of programming and setting up machines with Mastercam
• Independent, quality-conscious, and solution-oriented way of working
• Reliable and team-oriented personality
• Willingness to work shifts if required
