CNC Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical and mechanical troubleshooting to identify issues in non-functioning electro-mechanical manufacturing equipment
• Dismantle, adjust, repair, and assemble equipment based on layout plans, blueprints, manuals, or sketches
• Use specialized test and diagnostic equipment to perform equipment checkouts
• Rebuild manufacturing equipment as required to maintain production standards
• Execute equipment modifications as directed by manufacturing engineers
• Act as a subject matter expert or team leader for specific work areas
• Exercise independent judgment to determine methods and procedures for complex assignments

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in electro-mechanical maintenance or a related field
• Strong proficiency in electrical and mechanical troubleshooting
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and repair manuals
• Experience with equipment assembly and repair
• Skilled in the use of diagnostic and testing equipment
