Responsibilities
- Set up and operate computer numeric controlled (CNC) machining and inspection equipment
- Perform deburring and detailed inspection of finished parts
- Handle materials efficiently to ensure product traceability and meet scheduling demands
- Monitor equipment and record data to document manufacturing processes
- Perform basic troubleshooting of equipment anomalies related to productivity and quality
- Conduct preventive maintenance as required to meet established schedules
- Adhere to all housekeeping, safety, and quality procedures
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance safety, quality, and cost-efficiency
- Train co-workers on proper equipment operations and maintenance procedures
Requirements
- 5 years of experience working with CNC machines
- Proven experience with CNC 4 Axis Machines
- High school diploma, A levels, GED, or GCSE
