CNC Machinist

Responsibilities

• Program, operate, and troubleshoot equipment including lathe, mill, saw, and laser engraver
• Apply best practices to maximize quality and profitability in part production
• Execute all work required to produce Finished Goods including assembly
• Support New Product Development (NPD) initiatives and special projects
• Enforce adherence to safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment
• Audit inventory using ERP system (IFS) and execute inventory adjustments
• Author and refine Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) aligned with ISO standards

Requirements

• 2+ years CNC Lathe programming and machining experience
• Associates degree with exposure to science or related experience/training
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with ERP systems
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to take precision measurements and identify metal alloys
• Experience operating CNC Lathes and Mills

Preferred Qualifications

• 2 to 4 years of production experience
• Proficiency in mathematics
• Ability to interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals
