About the role
Responsibilities
- Set up and operate CNC mills and lathes
- Perform basic offsets and inspections (Level I)
- Perform advanced setups and program edits (Level II)
- Maintain tight tolerances and machine exotic materials
- Read blueprints and accurately measure parts
Requirements
- Proven CNC experience (Level I: 1–2+ years; Level II: 3+ years)
- Proficiency in blueprint reading
- Experience with CNC mill and lathe operation
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-precision manufacturing environment
