CNC Machinist

Responsibilities

• Independently program and set up modern CNC milling machines
• Manage entire production systems, from machine setup to documentation
• Perform quality assurance steps during the process using measuring tools and coordinate measuring machines
• Execute machine maintenance and care according to the specified maintenance plan

Requirements

• Completed vocational training as a machining mechanic, industrial mechanic, precision mechanic, or a comparable qualification in metalworking
• Proficiency with CNC controls, preferably Heidenhain iTNC530 and iTNC640
• Knowledge of CAM systems is an advantage
• Ability to read and understand complex technical drawings
• Strong technical understanding and high quality awareness
• Reliability and willingness to work in shifts
