CNC Machinist

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and monitor CNC machines and automated production systems
• Perform machine setup, including installation, testing, and adjustment of clamping devices and tools
• Load and unload workpieces and call up or adjust CNC programs
• Maintain tool data, set zero points, and optimize existing programs
• Conduct independent quality inspections of manufactured parts, including corrections and rework
• Identify and resolve malfunctions and perform maintenance and cleaning tasks

Requirements

• Completed vocational training as a machining mechanic or a comparable technical qualification
• Several years of professional experience in CNC manufacturing and machine operation
• Proficiency with Siemens machine controls and standard production processes
• Ability to work in a 3-shift operation
• Strong teamwork skills, reliability, and a meticulous way of working
• Good German language proficiency (minimum B2 level, ideally C1)
