CNC Machinist

Responsibilities

• Perform machine set ups to obtain close tolerances and alignment of machined parts
• Work from drawings, sketches, and specifications to complete machining operations
• Conduct first piece inspections and work-in-progress inspections using measuring devices
• Maintain records of time, part counts, and inspections
• Perform routine preventative maintenance on machines
• Troubleshoot drawings, tooling, programming, and materials
• Utilize Geometric Dimension & Tolerance (GD&T)

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of experience as a CNC machinist
• Technical training in shop math and blueprint reading
• Proficiency in trade school or on-the-job training
