CNC Machinist

Responsibilities

• Load and unload CNC mills and lathes, performing drilling, tapping, deburring, and other machining steps
• Run machines according to established work instructions and monitor for accuracy, tool wear, and abnormalities
• Perform in-process and final quality checks using appropriate measuring instruments
• Document production and quality data as required
• Follow all company safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment
• Support continuous improvement by identifying process issues or opportunities

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED (Trade school preferred)
• Minimum 3 years of experience working with CNC machines
• Proficiency with measuring instruments and ability to read/interpret complex technical drawings
• Strong mathematical skills and fine motor skills for tool operation
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods
• Fluency in English (verbal and written)
• Must be a U.S. person as defined by ITAR regulations

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in aerospace manufacturing
