CNC Machinist/CNC Machine Operator

Responsibilities

• Set up CNC machines for turning, grinding, or milling precision parts
• Manage machine setup, monitoring, and tool installation independently
• Load and unload materials into the machines
• Inspect manufactured workpieces to ensure they meet strict aviation quality standards
• Follow approved work plans and technical specifications

Requirements

• Completed vocational training as a machining mechanic, industrial mechanic, tool mechanic, or a comparable qualification
• Practical experience working with CNC machines
• A structured, precise, and reliable working style
• Ability to work effectively within a 3-shift system
• Fluency in German and basic knowledge of English
