CNC Machinist (3 and 5 Axes)

Responsibilities

• Operate 3-axis and 5-axis CNC machining centers to manufacture high-value aeronautical components
• Select production files and verify route sheets according to organizational rules
• Prepare specific control devices, tooling, and gauges
• Perform machine setup, tool gauging, and machining of first pieces
• Conduct dimensional and shape inspections to ensure compliance with technical specifications
• Monitor production series and isolate non-conforming parts
• Maintain workstation cleanliness and perform first-level machine maintenance
• Adhere to all safety, EHS, and 5S standards

Requirements

• Proven experience working with high-value technical or aeronautical parts
• Proficiency in CNC programming, machine setup, and adjustments
• Ability to read and interpret complex technical plans
• Strong sense of rigor, precision, and attention to detail
• Awareness of EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) and 5S methodologies
• Ability to handle heavy loads and work in a 2x8 shift pattern
• Strong team spirit and a willingness to continuously develop technical skills
