CNC Machine Programmer/Set-Up

Responsibilities

• Program, set up, adjust, and operate machines to perform diverse operations on aluminum and steel products
• Calculate and set controls to regulate machining factors such as speed, feed, coolant flow, and depth of cut
• Maintain and edit programs to fine-tune manufacturing processes
• Select, align, and secure holding fixtures, cutting tools, and accessories into machines
• Accurately record job transactions and maintain production documentation

Requirements

• Associate's degree or equivalent apprenticeship/education
• 3-5 years of experience in Machine Programming Set Up or a similar role
• Ability to apply advanced mathematical concepts and operations
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting complex technical instructions, diagrams, and mathematical forms
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to collect data and establish facts
