CNC Machine Operator

Responsibilities

• Perform machining tasks on CNC machines according to technical documentation, quality standards, and production schedules
• Set up, adjust, and operate CNC machines and various workshop equipment for precision metal processing
• Ensure high quality of manufactured parts by monitoring the machining process and verifying dimensions and tolerances
• Conduct quality control of surface finishes and work closely with the quality department to eliminate defects
• Perform basic maintenance of machines and tools and report any malfunctions or deviations from standards
• Adhere to all company regulations, including health, safety, fire protection, and environmental standards
• Collaborate with the engineering team and other departments to improve production processes and continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of CNC machine operation and the use of measuring tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers)
• Technical secondary education (e.g., mechanics, electrical engineering, mechatronics, or related fields)
• 1-2 years of experience in a similar position
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Readiness to work in shifts
• Ability to work effectively under time pressure

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with specific machinery such as milling machines, lathes, or drilling machines
