CNC Machine Operator

Responsibilities

• Set up, adjust, and operate CNC machines and various workshop equipment for precision metal processing.
• Execute production processes based on technical drawings, quality standards, and production schedules.
• Perform dimensional, tolerance, and surface quality inspections of machined parts.
• Monitor the machining process and report any malfunctions, deviations, or machine errors.
• Ensure proper use and basic maintenance of machines and tools.
• Collaborate with the engineering and quality departments to eliminate defects and implement process improvements.
• Adhere to all company regulations, including health, safety, fire protection, and environmental standards.

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of CNC machine operation and the use of measuring tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers).
• Technical secondary education (e.g., mechanics, electrical engineering, mechatronics, or related fields).
• 1-2 years of experience in a similar position.
• Ability to work in shifts and work effectively under time pressure.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Practical experience working with various machine tools such as milling machines, lathes, and drilling machines.
