CNC Machine Operator

Responsibilities

• Assist with the set-up and operation of CNC production machines or CNC saws in accordance with documented procedures
• Operate machines using best and safe practices
• Produce parts within required tolerances
• Follow documented processes and maintain a high degree of quality
• Function as a team member and support other teams
• Maintain accurate paperwork
• Perform housekeeping and maintenance of work area and machinery

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED required
• 6 months experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
• Demonstrated mechanical aptitude
• Experience with power hand tools such as drills and saws preferred
• Experience using measuring instruments including tape measures, calipers, or micrometers preferred
• Ability to follow safety rules and demonstrate knowledge of safe operating procedures
