CNC Inspector

Responsibilities

• Ensure inspection lists are completed daily
• Pull and return samples as needed
• Ensure compliance with inspection processes and procedures
• Inspect parts and process NCMRs for line rejections
• Perform basic statistical studies
• Notify supervisor of production problems and assist in identification
• Maintain proper clean up and housekeeping procedures
• Comply with all safety regulations

Requirements

• High school graduate or GED
• 2+ years of manufacturing experience
• Experience using inspection equipment such as calipers, gauges, and micrometers
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, customer specifications, and technical procedures
• Proficiency with MS Windows, Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to lift and move a minimum of 20 pounds
• Ability to stand or walk for long periods
