CNC Field Service Engineer

Responsibilities

• Install new or modified equipment at customer facilities ensuring full functionality
• Analyze and inspect findings to determine problem sources and recommend corrective actions
• Coordinate problem resolution with factory or inside service support
• Provide on-site technical assistance for troubleshooting and repairing equipment
• Update and complete service reports accurately
• Provide feedback to the factory to improve service procedures
• Act as a communication link between the customer and the company
• Conduct training on safe equipment operations for team members and customers

Requirements

• Experience with maintenance on CNC machines
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to travel up to 80% of the week with overnight stays
• High mechanical aptitude with electrical knowledge
• Strong professional communication skills
• Ability to manage expenses and maintenance paperwork
