About the role
Responsibilities
- Manufacture workpieces (primarily spare parts, individual parts, and production tools) on CNC-controlled turning and milling machines according to drawings or sketches
- Independently determine machining sequences and processes, taking material behavior and machining conditions into account
- Set up machines, including tool adjustment
- Create and optimize CNC programs and controls (Traub TX8/F, Grundig, and Philips)
- Inspect products for dimensional accuracy, quality, and completeness
Requirements
- Completed vocational training in metalworking (e.g., Industrial Mechanic, Machinist, or similar)
- Very good knowledge of CNC programming
- Good proficiency in written and spoken German
- Independent and responsible working style
