CNC Dreher

Responsibilities

• Independent setup, configuration, and operation of CNC machining centers including automation (e.g., workpiece loaders, robots)
• Reading, running, and optimizing machining programs
• Preparation, measurement, and replacement of tools and clamping devices
• Production of first articles and series components according to drawings and measurement protocols
• Monitoring machining processes and active error analysis during deviations
• Performing quality checks and complete documentation in production and testing systems
• Marking, deburring, packaging, and preparing components
• Assisting with series starts for new components and quality/process improvements
• Performing maintenance, cleaning, and minor repair work within defined frameworks
• Assisting in troubleshooting machines and automation systems

Requirements

• Completed vocational training as a machining mechanic (Zerspanungsmechaniker)
• Ability to read technical drawings
• Basic knowledge of machining machines and tools
• Basic programming knowledge
• Willingness to work in shifts (specifically a continuous shift system: 6/4 model)
