CNC Data Analyst

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and communicate dashboards, KPIs, and reporting tools to support performance monitoring and decision-making.
• Analyze operational data and performance trends to identify opportunities for process optimization and enhanced customer experience.
• Act as the Salesforce super user for the CNC ecosystem, providing training and managing system enhancements.
• Lead the maintenance of digital tools, including requirements gathering, testing, validation, and deployment of improvements.
• Partner with IT, Master Data, and Commercial Excellence teams to improve data quality and system performance.
• Evaluate change control requests and determine appropriate customer notification strategies.
• Manage and communicate customer notification packages to ensure timely and accurate communication.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Front-end Analytics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or operational excellence.
• Mandatory proficiency in Power BI and Salesforce.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical, medical device, or healthcare industry.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to transform complex data into actionable business insights.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting digital tool enhancements, system validation, or testing activities.
• Knowledge of change control, quality systems, or project management in regulated environments.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a matrixed environment and manage multiple priorities.
