CNA/SRNA

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance with medication reminders, bathing, grooming, dressing, escort service, laundry and other activities of daily living
• Follow the schedule of resident's needs set out by supervisor
• Provide emotional and social support to residents
• Support the dining staff and possibly assist in the dining room
• Be comfortable with emergency equipment and procedures
• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor toward residents, visitors, families, and co-workers

Requirements

• Kentucky SRNA license Required
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Ability to lift at least 51 lbs on a regular basis
• Ability to physically assist residents requiring physical assistance
• Proficiency in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English
• Ability to pass a background check
• Experience with memory impairment care preferred if assigned to memory care areas
