CNA

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care for hospice patients under the direction of a licensed clinician
• Follow established Plans of Care and adhere to standard precautions
• Document all care provided in a timely and accurate manner
• Observe and report any changes in patient status to clinical staff
• Maintain strict confidentiality of patient, family, and caregiver information
• Deliver duties with a high level of professionalism and compassionate customer service

Requirements

• Current Massachusetts CNA certification
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Experience with the end-of-life care process
• Successful completion of a required training program (minimum 75 hours)
• Ability to perform competency testing and participate in annual in-service training

Benefits

• Pay rate of $21.00 per hour
• Evening shift differentials available
• Per diem flexibility
