KARE is an app that connects caregivers with senior living communities in need of support. Our mission is to transform caregivers and nurses into KARE Heroes who can respond to the call from senior care communities.

Responsibilities

• Provide residents with medication administration and treatment assistance according to healthcare provider orders
• Supervise residents who self-administer medication following regulatory guidelines
• Report changes in residents' physical condition or behaviors
• Maintain resident records regarding medication, leisure activities, and incidents
• Assist with activities of daily living including bathing, grooming, dressing, and escort services
• Provide emotional and social support to residents
• Maintain a safe working environment and professional demeanor

Requirements

• Valid CNA license
• Ability to lift at least 51 lbs regularly
• Ability to assist residents requiring physical assistance
• Fluency in English (reading, writing, speaking, and understanding)
• Experience with memory impairment care preferred if assigned to memory care areas
