Valid CNA/HHA/LNA license, Skilled nursing experience preferred, Assisted living experience preferred, Dementia care experience desired
About the role
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Document care provided and report changes in resident health or behavior to appropriate staff
- Engage residents in meaningful activities and provide emotional support
- Utilize customer service skills to ensure residents receive exceptional and meaningful care
- Perform other duties as needed to support the resident care team
Requirements
- Valid CNA, HHA, or LNA license is required
- Experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred
- Experience working with residents living with dementia is desired
- Ability to work the 3rd shift (11 PM - 7 AM) on Fridays and Saturdays
