CNA

Responsibilities

• Assists residents with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, and personal hygiene
• Assists residents in preparing for and transporting to and from medical appointments, activities, and social programs
• Checks residents' vital signs, measures weight and height, and records data as instructed
• Reports any variances to Charge Nurse
• Answers resident call lights promptly to attend to needs
• Performs restorative and rehabilitative procedures as instructed
• Assists residents to walk with or without self-help devices

Requirements

• High school diploma/GED or combination of school and experience
• Active CNA license in the state of Pennsylvania
• Current CPR certification
