About the role
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, and personal hygiene
- Assist residents in preparing for and transporting to and from medical appointments, activity and social programs
- Check residents' vital signs, measure weight and height, and record data as instructed
- Report any variances to Charge Nurse
- Answer resident call lights promptly to attend to needs
- Perform restorative and rehabilitative procedures as instructed
- Assist residents to walk with or without self-help devices
Requirements
- Active CNA license for PA
- Active CPR certification
