CNA

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, and personal hygiene
• Help prepare and transport residents to medical appointments and social programs
• Check vital signs, measure weight and height, and record data
• Report any variances to the Charge Nurse
• Respond promptly to resident call lights
• Perform restorative and rehabilitative procedures as instructed
• Assist residents with walking and use of self-help devices

Requirements

• Active CNA license for PA
• Active CPR certification
