About the role
Responsibilities
- Performs activities of daily living in accordance with residents' plan of care
- Checks residents' vital signs, weight, and skin assessment and accurately records findings
- Reports any variances to the Charge Nurse
- Records all entries on flow sheets and kiosks in an informative manner
- Performs individualized restorative nursing programs as ordered
- Assists residents in preparing for and transporting to medical appointments and social programs
- Attends outings with residents as assigned
Requirements
- Active CNA I License in Maryland
- Active and current CPR Certification
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must be 18 years of age or older
