CNA

Responsibilities

• Performs activities of daily living in accordance with residents' plan of care
• Checks residents' vital signs, weight, and skin assessment and accurately records findings
• Reports any variances to the Charge Nurse
• Records all entries on flow sheets and kiosks in an informative manner
• Performs individualized restorative nursing programs as ordered
• Assists residents in preparing for and transporting to medical appointments and social programs
• Attends outings with residents as assigned

Requirements

• Active CNA I License in Maryland
• Active and current CPR Certification
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must be 18 years of age or older
