CMP Equipment Engineer

Responsibilities

• Drive cost reduction initiatives and improve equipment performance by eliminating unwarranted expenses and wastage
• Lead equipment fault investigations and continuous improvement programs to resolve chronic issues and enhance process robustness
• Enforce equipment maintenance controls and execution in strict accordance with work instructions and procedures
• Guide and train technicians in equipment problem-solving and analysis to build technical competency and self-sustenance
• Manage and control spare parts availability and costs while overseeing vendor services and compliance with factory protocols
• Establish, review, and update PM procedures, Risk Assessments, and Troubleshooting guidelines
• Execute equipment move-in, installation, setup, and buy-off processes within established timelines
• Ensure full compliance with CSR, EHS, QM, ESD, 5S standards, and cleanroom protocols

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
• Strong knowledge of semiconductor process technology
• Proficiency in using statistical and quality tools
• Experience with computer systems and proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Ability to work effectively under pressure with a strong sense of responsibility and teamwork
