CMMS Specialist - Maintenance & Engineering

Responsibilities

• Act as the site key user for the CMMS (SAP PM) to ensure data integrity and GMP/audit readiness.
• Administer master data, including equipment, hierarchies, criticality, PM plans, task lists, BOM, and spare parts.
• Provide support, standardization, and training to technicians and engineers.
• Manage the full lifecycle of maintenance orders (notifications, orders, confirmations, and associated documentation).
• Analyze maintenance performance through KPIs, costs, and historical data to propose improvements for PM/PdM strategies.

Requirements

• Technical degree (CFC/HES/Bachelor or equivalent) in industrial maintenance, engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience working with a CMMS, ideally SAP PM (master data, orders, and reporting).
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and/or Power BI.
• High level of documentation rigor and a service-oriented mindset.
• Fluent in French and professional proficiency in English (B2+).
• Knowledge of GMP environments and data integrity standards (ALCOA/CSV) is a significant asset.

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in German.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 suite.
