CMM Programmer

Responsibilities

• Create inspection programs for coordinate measuring machines (CMM)
• Manage gauge control, calibration, maintenance, and repair of all CMM fixtures
• Perform annual layouts and manage the dimensional aspects of PPAP for new products
• Conduct R&R studies, capability studies, and statistical analysis
• Maintain accurate records of all equipment calibrations
• Support customer relations and internal customer service

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 2-4 years of related work experience
• Extensive mathematical knowledge
• Proficiency in GD&T and blueprint reading
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and database applications
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively independently and manage multiple projects
