CMF Designer

Responsibilities

• Research and identify emerging trends in color, materials, and finishes for outdoor sports apparel
• Support the development of seasonal CMF mood boards, inspiration sources, and presentation materials
• Collaborate with designers to create and refine color palettes aligned with brand DNA
• Assist in organizing and maintaining color and material libraries
• Support graphic designers in developing print and pattern concepts for apparel collections
• Help coordinate and maintain strike-off and sample libraries
• Conduct research into innovative, sustainable, and performance-driven materials and trims
• Provide operative design support to the CMF and Apparel Design teams

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in CMF Design, Textile Design, Fashion Design, or a related field
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)
• Excellent visual and aesthetic sensibility with a keen eye for color, pattern, and texture
• English language proficiency at a B2/C1 level
• Passion for outdoor sports and familiarity with Salomon’s brand and products
• Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
• Knowledge of materials and manufacturing processes is an advantage
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Clo3D, Substance, or other 3D CMF software

Benefits

• Internship allowance based on education level (Master's level: €950 gross)
• Housing support of €300 upon presentation of a lease agreement
