About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead coordination and communication within the Zhuhai PD department
- Align with PM, RA, QA, QC, and other relevant departments to drive biologics projects forward
- Manage communication with external vendors for outsourcing projects
- Coordinate with the GTD team regarding all innovation projects
- Execute additional assignments as required to support departmental goals
Requirements
- Master's degree with > 15 years of experience or Ph.D. with > 10 years of experience in the biologics industry
- Fluency in both English and Chinese
- Deep familiarity with process development, manufacturing, regulatory affairs, and CMDO management for both US and China markets
- Proven ability in cross-functional communication and coordination
- Demonstrated track record of leading major company projects to achieve strategic goals
