CMC Project Leader

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage interdisciplinary teams focused on Chemical R&D and Manufacturing activities
• Structure and coordinate project-specific activities, including risk and time management
• Maintain direct interaction with global customers to ensure satisfaction and alignment
• Execute operational tasks such as generating and monitoring project plans and documentation
• Collaborate closely with the Business Development group to align with customer needs
• Participate in internal strategic projects, including portfolio management

Requirements

• Master’s degree in a scientific field
• 5 years of relevant Project Management experience within a CMO and/or Pharma environment
• Proven experience leading complex projects (PM certification is an advantage)
• Solid knowledge of pharmaceutical value creation in R&D, production, and/or quality assurance
• Strong team leadership skills with a focus on collaborative teamwork and sustainable decision-making
• Fluency in English; proficiency in German is a plus
• Proficient in MS Office and MS Project
