CM Specialist

Responsibilities

• Perform continuous daily monitoring of blocked orders in SAP due to credit checks and ensure timely release
• Manage and enhance customer credit limits in accordance with local rules and company standards
• Conduct creditworthiness checks via external providers and maintain credit management data in SAP
• Coordinate closely with Logistics, Sales, AR, and BU Controllers to prevent shipment delays
• Prepare key reports including weekly management overviews of blocked VIP customers and daily forecast reviews
• Support IKS controls and audits while providing coaching and support to other team members

Requirements

• High School education in administration
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, specifically using VLOOKUP, SUM, and other analytical functions
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Fluent English (written and spoken)
• Proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership and ability to work independently

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in Accounts Receivable (AR) or Credit Control processes
