Responsibilities

• Monitor factory production plans, capacity, yield, and lead times
• Report production operations regularly to the Korean headquarters
• Track manufacturing project execution progress
• Respond quickly to production anomalies, quality issues, and equipment failures
• Coordinate with factory departments to drive problem resolution and improvement measures
• Collaborate closely with HQ Engineering, PE, QA/QC, SCM, and Procurement teams
• Support daily communication between the Korean headquarters and Chinese factories
• Manage communication with Chinese suppliers and track material supply status

Requirements

• Native-level Chinese
• Business-level Korean for daily communication with HQ
• Bachelor's degree or above
• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing
• Experience in manufacturing management, production, quality, supplier management, SCM, NPI, or project management
• Familiarity with manufacturing processes (SOP) and ability to read technical drawings
• Ability to be stationed long-term at manufacturing sites in Xiamen or Zhangzhou

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in robotics, consumer electronics, or automotive parts industries
• Experience working with EMS, ODM, or OEM factories
• Familiarity with the Chinese supply chain and manufacturing environment
• Experience working in Korean companies or with multinational teams
• English proficiency for reading emails and technical documents
