Cluster Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead procurement transformation initiatives and develop strategies to enhance effectiveness and efficiency
• Develop comprehensive project plans including scope, timelines, resource allocation, and deliverables
• Lead cross-functional project teams and establish project governance to meet objectives
• Act as the single point of contact between procurement activities and the project execution team
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and senior management to align project goals and support change management
• Monitor global market conditions and analyze material status reports to communicate risks to Project Managers
• Establish and report on KPIs to measure project and procurement performance
• Ensure the availability, reliability, and quality of goods and services purchased within the project portfolio
• Promote compliance with the company code of conduct and coach staff on ethical business behavior

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or an equivalent field
• Minimum 7 years of experience in Procurement, Project Management, or Operations
• Proven expertise in transversal Project Management
• Strong proficiency in Performance & Process Management using data, KPIs, and digital tools
• Solid understanding of Negotiations and Contract Knowledge
• Experience with capital project planning, implementation, and management
• Ability to perform financial analysis and cost management
• Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Capability to influence change, manage conflict, and solve complex problems
