Cluster People Operations Trainee

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Cluster HR Manager on data collection, reporting, and day-to-day coordination
• Organize and participate in People & Culture meetings and work groups
• Handle inquiries from hotels and ensure effective follow-up
• Provide administrative support in HR, compensation, benefits, and recordkeeping
• Assist with general office organization and fleet management
• Manage confidential and time-sensitive information
• Support Area Talent Acquisition and Learning & Development initiatives

Requirements

• Proficiency in Workday or similar HRIS tools
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Knowledge of HR best practices, policies, and regulations
• Excellent written and verbal communication in Dutch and English
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility to work in a fast-moving environment
