Cluster Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of collections managers across multiple locations to achieve and exceed collection targets
• Oversee a diverse portfolio of accounts, ensuring timely and effective resolution of delinquents while maintaining customer relationships
• Analyze collections data to identify trends, forecast potential risks, and provide regular reports to business leaders on team performance and portfolio health
• Ensure all collections activities adhere to legal and regulatory requirements, as well as company policies, to mitigate risks and maintain ethical standards
• Collaborate with internal departments like sales and finance, and external partners, to streamline processes and resolve complex collections issues
• Develop and execute collections strategies and continuously evaluate and improve collections processes, leveraging technology and best practices to increase efficiency and effectiveness
