Cluster Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead business development efforts to acquire new customers and grow existing relationships within the SaaS, Service Sales, and Marketplace sectors.
• Manage a team of Business Development Managers, providing mentorship, performance reviews, and goal setting to foster a high-performance culture.
• Formulate and execute cluster-specific strategies in collaboration with the Regional Head to drive revenue growth and market share.
• Take full ownership of the cluster's P&L, including budget allocation, sales expenses, and overall profitability.
• Monitor and report on key sales metrics such as lead conversion, pipeline health, and revenue generation.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners, addressing escalations to ensure high satisfaction.
• Conduct market intelligence and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive advantage.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in sales or business development roles.
• Proven exposure to SaaS, Service Sales, or Marketplace environments.
• Demonstrable success in lead generation, follow-up strategies, and closing complex deals.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Extensive industry networking capabilities to expand business reach.
• In-depth understanding of SaaS platforms and marketplace dynamics.
• Ability to take full ownership of business operations and drive measurable results.
