Cluster Head

Responsibilities

• Lead business development efforts within the Kolkata cluster to acquire new customers and grow existing relationships.
• Manage a team of Business Development Managers (BDMs), providing mentorship, performance reviews, and goal setting.
• Take full ownership of the cluster's P&L, including revenue targets, budget allocation, and profitability.
• Formulate and execute cluster-specific strategies in collaboration with the Regional Head to increase market share.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners to ensure high satisfaction and retention.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and threats.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Customer Success, Product, and HR.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in sales or business development.
• Proven exposure to SaaS, Service Sales, or Marketplace environments.
• Demonstrable success in lead generation, pipeline management, and closing high-value deals.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills to influence stakeholders and clients.
• Extensive industry networking capabilities to expand business reach.
• Deep understanding of SaaS platforms and marketplace dynamics.
