Cluster Head Chef

Responsibilities

• Lead the culinary vision across multiple outlets, ensuring consistent recipe execution, portion control, and plating.
• Oversee day-to-day operations and supervise kitchen hierarchies, including Sous Chefs and junior staff.
• Manage ingredient sourcing and vendor relationships to ensure high-quality, brand-aligned procurement.
• Optimize food costs and minimize waste through efficient kitchen management and inventory control.
• Ensure strict adherence to HACCP, Dubai Municipality standards, and all food safety protocols.
• Support culinary planning for brand events, pop-ups, and franchisee operations.
• Mentor and develop kitchen teams through structured coaching and performance reviews.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of culinary experience across various kitchen hierarchies.
• Formal culinary qualification or diploma from a recognized institution.
• Proven experience managing Sous Chefs and large kitchen teams in high-volume or premium environments.
• Strong knowledge of HACCP, food safety, and kitchen operational standards.
• Experience in vendor management and ingredient sourcing.
