Cluster Group Consultant – Leisure Desk

Responsibilities

• Manage leisure enquiries for leased hotels across Europe, with a primary focus on French and Belgian markets
• Execute the full enquiry process from initial contact through to the signed contract stage
• Drive sales conversion by proactively identifying new opportunities and cross-selling services
• Perform end-to-end planning for Nordic leased hotels and provide support to other clusters as required
• Collaborate with team members to ensure high levels of client and guest satisfaction and rapid problem resolution

Requirements

• Proven experience in meetings and events within the hospitality industry
• Fluency in both French and English
• Strong sales and negotiation skills to effectively promote event spaces and services
• Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent organizational, time-management, and multitasking abilities
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, and changing service environment
