Responsibilities
- Manage the front office team and lead by example
- Ensure all aspects of the guest journey and experience are delivered to the highest level
- Manage budgets and inventory
- Work proactively to ensure guest satisfaction and smooth running of the front office department
- Handle guest complaints with a professional demeanor
- Oversee staff training and development
- Manage staff scheduling and workflow
Requirements
- Proven ability to drive guest satisfaction
- Experience managing and motivating a front desk team
- Solid understanding of check-in/check-out procedures, reservation management, and guest billing
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to resolve issues in a fast-paced environment
