About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead strategic commercial efforts to drive revenue, focusing on maximizing occupancy and rates across leisure, corporate, and MICE segments for all cluster properties.
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies, pricing plans, and promotional campaigns to achieve revenue targets and maximize profitability.
- Oversee the smooth operation of the sales department, ensuring all proactive sales initiatives meet both property and company standards.
- Monitor and report on key sales metrics, utilizing tracking tools to ensure defined initiatives and targets are met.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal stakeholders, including General Managers and executive management, as well as external partners.
- Drive business expansion and cultural transformation across the portfolio of three Dubai city hotels and one resort in Ras Al Khaimah.
Requirements
- Extensive hospitality sales leadership experience.
- Proven track record in developing and executing successful sales strategies.
- Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking capabilities.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and build high-performing sales teams.
- Excellent communication and relationship-management skills.
